Quotes for equivalent items must be approved by Cristina Gervais, Assistant Director of Aquatics and Safety, UH Hilo Student Life Center, (808.932.7608 gervais7@hawaii.edu) prior to submitting the bid. Unapproved bids involving equivalence will not be considered.

Vendor must be “Compliant” with the State of Hawaii, Hawaii Compliance Express at the time of award. https://vendors.ehawaii.gov/hce/splash/welcome.html
If vendor is in “Not Compliant” or not registered then the award shall go to the next lowest bidder.

Vendor is required to deliver to UH Hilo Student Life Center. Item should be received in full by 6 months from the date of PO issued.

Include any shipping, freight, etc. with quotes.
