Project Description:
Provide all labor necessary to perform maintenance service to various building\\\'s gas hot water boilers. The proposed work shall generally include, but not limited to performing quarterly and annual service to 13 Student Housing dorm buildings. The maintenance period is for two years. Refer to the mechanical section for detailed description of work. All work is located at Hale Anuenue, Frear Hall, Gateway A&B, Hale Lehua, Hale Ilima, Hale Mokihana, Hale Lokelani, Johnson Hall A&B, Hale Kahawai, Hale Laulima, Hale Wainani F, Hale Wainani G, and Hale Wainani I, University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Special Instructions
All bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through. A site walk through is scheduled for 9:00 am on Oct. 7,2026. Contractors shall meet at the Physical Plant Mechanical Engineering Office located at 2002 East West Road. Contract documents will be distributed at the walk through. Contractors interested in bidding for this work, must contact Alton Fujimoto by email: altonf@hawaii.edu, or phone at 808 864-4161 to confirm attendance by 4:00 pm Oct. 6, 2026. Contractors that do not attend a mandatory site walk through, will not be allowed to bid on this work. Contractor is required to provide a cost breakdown at time of bid. The breakdown must equal to the total cost of the bid. If correct breakdown is not provided at time of bid, the bid may be disqualified.
