Project Description: The following project description in general describes the overall projected work. It includes 1) the installation of chain link fencing (both 4 and 6 foot heights) along with service gates as shown on the drawings. Installation of fencing basically begins at the maintenance building to the corner of the basketball court; 2) minor grading and concrete pavement and walkway at the existing grassy area for the proposed installation of additional handicapped parking stalls, striping and associated signages; and 3) demolition work which includes the removal of existing concrete bollards and associated cabling and compacted backfilling of the existing post holes all in accordance with the plans and specifications. Bid alternate includes the removal of the existing asphaltic concrete walking path and replacing with new 3 foot wide concrete walking path as shown on the drawings.
