Project Description: The scope of work includes but is not limited to: demolition and removal of existing drainage structure, concrete apron, asphalt concrete pavement and chain link fencing; fill the existing 24” RCP drain pipe crossing Kaumualii Highway with controlled low-strength material (CLSM) and abandon in place; installation of 42” reinforced concrete pipe; installation of drain manhole, grated drain inlets and concrete outlet structure; installation of grouted rubble paving, reinforced concrete apron and asphalt concrete pavement; installation of chain link fencing and erosion control matting; clearing and grubbing; excavation; backfilling; grading; and grassing.
