Project Description:
The Stadium Authority (SA), a state agency administratively attached to the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism (DBEDT), is officially seeking proposals from qualified and licensed contractors. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive, routine maintenance and emergency repair services for the air conditioning units and HVAC systems servicing various operational trailers and public restroom facilities across the stadium property.

General Comments
This is a three (3) year contract with an option to extend two (2) 12-month period. The contract start and end dates provided in this solicitation are anticipated start and end dates. The Stadium Authority reiterates its right to terminate this contract prior to its end date in accordance with the paragraph 14 of the AG-008 103D General Conditions, Exhibit A. The award shall be made to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror for the line item. The Offeror must submit the Offer Forms in Attachment C page OF-01 through OF-08 to be considered for this solicitation. The Offeror\'s Total Bid Price must include all costs of labor, materials, delivery, surcharges, all applicable taxes including the current Hawaii General Excise Tax and any other expenses, including travel, and mileage.
