Project Description:
The project scope encompasses the complete construction of a new hospital building, all site infrastructure, utility plants, and landscaping as specified in the construction documents. The contractor will be responsible for all construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities required to deliver a fully functional facility. The Contractor’s scope includes, but is not limited to, all temporary works, procurement, shop drawings, coordination, testing, inspections, commissioning, and preparation of record documents.
