Project Description:
This project will renovate the second and third floors of Historic Building 11 (approx. 35,000 SF of space), located within the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, to provide new administrative spaces. The project will renovate the second and third floors of existing Building 11, and a portion of the first floor of existing Building 11, to support the activities of PHNSY & IMF and to provide a consolidated waterfront project teams space for Shore Depot Repair.
