Project Description: The Contractor shall furnish, deliver and install all materials, labor, tools, and work to construct items as indicated on Drawings and as specified herein, including but not limited to the following items:
A. Selective demolition of existing raceways, panelboards, branch circuiting, wiring devices and telecommunications cabling systems.
B. New panelboard, wiring devices, conduits, wiring, junction boxes, equipment connections, telecommunications cabling distribution systems, firestopping, painting and restoration/refinishing of building surfaces.
C. Services of the City's HVAC control system maintenance contractor for relocation of thermostats.
