Special Instructions
Equipment shall be delivered to the UH West Oahu Maintenance Building within 30 days of Purchase Order issuance. Equipment shall be delivered fully assembled and ready to run. A 1 hour training class for the users on a regular business day shall be done by the company (to be scheduled with UH West Oahu ahead of time).
Under HRS 103D-310(c), vendors must complete a Certificate of Vendor Compliance via Hawaii Compliance Express (https://vendors.ehawaii.gov/hce/splash/welcome.html). Status must be “COMPLIANT” at the time of bid submittal.

All price quotations must be inclusive of any/all applicable feeds, shipping, set up and/or taxes.

Price Quotation to be valid for less than 60 days.

Vendor quotes for approved equivalent equipment must be submitted by September 28, 2026.

Quoted equipment shall be gasoline powered. Vendor shall submit the manufacturer\\\'s applicable Limited Warranty documentation with the quotation. For Stihl products, the applicable Stihl Incorporated Limited Warranty documentation shall be provided. Warranty documentation must identify the coverage and warranty period applicable to the equipment quoted.
