Project Description: Reconstruction of previously removed surfboard storage racks including, but not limited to the following:
1. Demolition of existing light poles.
2. Selective demolition of existing flagstone walkway.
3. Inclusion of new concrete slab on grade.
4. Replacement of existing drinking fountain.
5. Installation of new surfboard and standup paddle board locker racks.
6. Inclusion of new perforated aluminum and concrete end cap wall perimeter enclosure with gates.
7. Installation of new fire protection system.
8. Installation of new light fixtures.
9. Installation of new security camera provisions.
