Project Description:
The Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of State Parks, Maui District is requesting quotes for trash receptacle rental and disposal services at Makena State Park.

Contractor shall provide one (1) eight (8) cubic yard trash receptacle with a lockable lid. The receptacle shall be serviced two (2) times per week on Tuesdays and Fridays.

The receptacle will be located north of the Park Caretaker’s residence at Makena State Park and shall be accessible to the Contractor\\\'s collection vehicle. The lockable lid is required to help prevent unauthorized disposal of non-park generated trash.

All costs associated with the rental, servicing, collection, disposal, transportation, equipment, fees, taxes, and other charges necessary to provide the requested services shall be included in the vendor’s submitted price.

General Comments
The eight (8) cubic yard trash receptacle shall have a lockable lid and will be located north of the Park Caretaker’s residence at Makena State Park, 5900 Makena Road, Kihei, Hawaii 96753. Collection shall be performed twice per week on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Vendor shall provide proof of General Liability Insurance listing the State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of State Parks as additional insured, with coverage amounts of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.

All costs associated with providing the requested services shall be included in the vendor’s submitted price.
