Project Description:
Provide all labor necessary to repair 7ea. air handler units. The proposed work shall generally include, but not limited to replacing the complete fan assemblies, fan mounting sled, fan motor, and VFD. Refer to the mechanical section for detailed description of work. All work is located at Bilger Hall, University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Special Instructions
All bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through. A site walk through is scheduled for 9:00am on Sept 24, 2026. Contractors shall meet at the Bilger Addition contractor loading zone, on the Art Building side driveway. Contract documents will be distributed at the site walk. Contractors interested in bidding for this work, must contact Alton Fujimoto by email altonf@hawaii.edu, or phone 808 864-4161 to confirm attendance by 4:00pm Sept 23, 2026. Contractors that do not attend a mandatory site walk through, will not be allowed to bid on this work.
