Project Description:
The Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of State Parks, is requesting quotes for portable toilet rental and servicing at ʻĪao Valley State Monument.

Rental and servicing shall include four (4) standard portable toilets and one (1) ADA accessible portable toilet. Each unit shall be pumped, cleaned, and replenished with toilet paper four (4) times per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Servicing shall be performed preferably in the morning prior to 9:00 AM or in the afternoon after 4:00 PM to avoid peak park visitation hours.

The contract term shall be January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027.

In the event the park must be closed for an extended period due to construction, emergency conditions, budgetary constraints, or other operational needs, the State will provide the Contractor with thirty (30) days\' notice when practicable to suspend, cancel, or adjust the number of units and associated costs as necessary.

Option to Extend: The term of this agreement shall be for one (1) year with the option to extend for one (1) additional year, January 1, 2028 through December 31, 2028, upon mutual agreement in writing between the State and Contractor. The price for services during the extended period shall remain the same or lower than the initial bid price.
