Project Description:
Inspect 14 lifts in accordance with ALI (Automotive Lift Institute) standards. Document all findings, provide recommendations based on the inspection results and provide detailed report.
Special Instructions
1. All vendors shall review the attached documents before submitting a quotation.
2. Attached to the RFQ are the following documents:
(1) Special Provisions
(2) Pictures of 14 lifts
(3) UH Terms and conditions
3. Hawaii Compliance Express: Bids of $2,500 or more will require a Certificate of Vendor Compliance in compliant status at time of award (HRS 103D-310(c). For more information, refer to: https://vendors.ehawaii.gov/hce/
4. Questions shall be submitted via email to Lawrence Martinson, lkmartin@hawaii.edu, by
09/21/26 12:00pm Hawaii Standard Time (HST).
5. Quote must be valid for a minimum of 60 days after the Request for Quotation closing
date.
6. Award will be based on the total aggregate amount. Award is subject to availability of funds.
7. Upon request, the following documents shall be provided to the University:
(a)Itemized quote.
8. Vendor receiving the award is required to provide the following documentation before a
purchase order is issued.
(1) Hawaii Compliance Express Certificate of Vendor Compliance
(2) Certificate of Liability Insurance (refer to Special Provisions Attachment 1)
(3) Signed Superquote Award notice
