Project Description:
Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and insurance necessary to repair the
floor drain in the 2nd floor Men\'s Restroom and the associated leak in the 1st floor
Men\'s Restroom below at the Campus Center as called for on the plans and technical
specifications.
Special Instructions
Job Site Walk-Through
Due to conditions at the site that may not be clearly identified in technical
specifications and plans, it is highly recommended that all bidders visit the site. Job
site walk-through, scheduled for September 18, 2026, at 1:00PM. Meet at the 2nd floor
MenaEURtms Restroom at Campus Center.
Substitutions/Clarifications
Requests for substitutions/clarifications regarding the RFQ and its requirements must be
submitted to the Technical Representative, Troy Samura, University of Hawaii at Hilo, at
tsamura@hawaii.edu no later than 4:00 p.m. (HST) on September 22, 2026
