Project Description:
Field-verify clearing limits, access, vegetation, terrain, utilities, security features, and other observable constraints before final pricing and mobilization.

* Cut, trim, clear, remove, haul, and legally dispose of trees, shrubs, vines, brush, tall grass, and other vegetation within the approximately 40-foot-wide corridor outside the existing perimeter fence shown on the Existing Conditions Plan.

* Protect the existing perimeter fence, cameras, lighting, utilities, drainage features, roadways, buildings, survey features, and other facility improvements. Immediately report damage or a compromised security feature to HDR and DCR. * Restore contractor-caused damage and leave the work area stable, safe, and free of loose debris, sharp projections, and obstructions.

* Provide dated before-and-after photographs only when authorized for contract documentation.
