Project Description: The work will be performed adjacent to a newly surfaced public access bike path and involves the removal and disposal of a 4" layer of crushed rock, importing and installing screened topsoil with amendments, hand or hydro-seeding Zoysia grass, installing and maintaining a temporary solar-powered irrigation system, an establishment maintenance period and all related work as called for on the plans and in these specifications.
