Project Description: The scope of work includes:
▪︎ Circular Curb Replacement: Demolish, haul away, and legally dispose of the existing deteriorated circular concrete curb surrounding the statue base. Supply and install a new, structurally sound circular concrete curb matching the original dimensions, infrastructure grade, and finish.

▪︎ Drainage Improvements: Remove the existing bronze/rusted drain grate and replace it with a new, heavy-duty bronze or other approved metal drainage grate meeting all state specifications.

▪︎ Infrastructure & Utility Protections: Inspect, protect, and repair/replace any damaged sub-surface irrigation lines or electrical wiring/fixtures associated with the statue's accent lighting that are impacted during the demolition or construction phases.

▪︎ Landscaping & Site Restoration: Replace any shrubs, turf, or ground cover disturbed or removed during construction with matching botanical species to restore the site to its original appearance. The site must be left clean and completely free of construction debris.
