Project Description: The project consists of exterior painting of the Hale Kauanoe dormitory buildings, adjustment of existing gutters to provide positive slope to downspouts, and replacement of wood fascia boards at the main lounge, as indicated. Work also includes demolition work, hazardous materials abatement, rough carpentry, and miscellaneous related work.
