Special Instructions
All interested bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk-through. A site walk through is scheduled for 9:00 Tuesday, 9/15/26. Contractors shall meet at Bilger Hall at the McCarthy Mall Entrance. Contract documents will be distributed at the site walk through. Contractors interested in bidding for this work must contact Dan Furuya through e-mail, dfuruya@hawaii.edu to confirm attendance by 4:00 pm Monday September 14, 2026. Contractors that do not attend the mandatory site walk through, will not be allowed to bid for this work. All contractors must be a licensed C-52 or C-37 contractor. If new wiring is required or conduit is required, C-13 license is also required.

Parts must be ordered within 3 days of receipt of PO. Work must proceed within a week of receiving the equipment.

If a correct and reasonable breakdown is not provided at the time of bid, the bidder may be disqualified.
