Project Description: The project involves the reconstruction of concrete pavement at Kumulani Drive, from the vicinity of Kupulau Drive to Hookipa Place, and Mahola Street, from the Makawao Avenue intersection to the end of the concrete pavement at Ulele Street; reconstruction of the concrete swale, sidewalk, and driveway aprons within the County right-of-way.
