Project Description:
Provide all tools, materials, equipment, and insurance necessary to install one (1) Elkay Model EMABGWS-RF bottle filler at Saunders Hall 4th Floor, and one (1) Elkay Model EZWSRK at Saunders Hall 6th Floor. The bottle filling station RetroFit Kits are specifically manufactured to add-on to the existing Elkay water coolers; Model VRCS_1C (4th Floor water cooler) and Model EZFS8_1E (6th Floor water cooler).

Additionally, provide all tools, materials, equipment, and insurance necessary to remove and install two (2) urinals at Saunders Hall 6th Floor Men’s Restroom. Urinals shall be wall hung, 1.0 gpf, Kohler, American Standard, Toto, or approved equal. Flush valves shall be battery operated, sensor activation, with a mechanical push button, 1.0 gpf, Moen, American Standard, Toto, or approved equal. Provide and install privacy partitions between each urinal.

All plumbing and electrical work shall be in accordance with local and national codes. Work shall be performed during normal working hours 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, unless as otherwise instructed.

Labor; provide hours x labor rate.
