Project Description: The work required to be performed by the Contractor consists of constructing and completing the project "Hale Kanilehua Repaint Exterior", University of Hawai'i at Hilo, Hilo, Hawaiʻi. Work includes providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and insurance necessary to complete the project, including but not limited to exterior painting of the Hale Kanilehua dormitory buildings, adjustment of existing gutters to provide positive slope to downspouts, and replacement of wood fascia boards at the men's and women's wings, as indicated. Work also includes demolition work, hazardous materials abatement, and rough carpentry. Work must comply with all County, State, and Federal permit requirements and includes all incidental and related work in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications, and Contract Documents.
