Project Description: This project consists of restoring electrical service from the existing Main Distribution Panel to Sub Panel D at Kahakai Elementary School Cafeteria Building. Existing feeder conductors serving Sub Panel D have compromised insulation and cannot be removed from the existing conduit due to conduit obstructions and deterioration. Because the existing conduit system is inaccessible for practical repair, a new feeder route shall be installed along the exterior soffit of the building (see markups on Sheets E-6 and E-7).
