Project Description: The project consists of paying for all labor, materials, transportation, tools, taxes, and equipment necessary for the furnishing and delivering of coagulant to Waimea Water Treatment Plant (on an as-needed basis), District of South Kohala, for the Department of Water Supply, County of Hawai‘i, State of Hawai‘i.
