Project Description:
Provide all tools, materials, equipment, and insurance necessary to epoxy line four, roof drain inlets; approximately 5 linear feet per each inlet. Work shall include pipe descaling, camera inspection videos upon completion, and leak testing. Clean all plant debris from the drains and roof area. All plumbing and mechanical work shall be in accordance with local and national codes.
Labor; hours x labor rate.

Special Instructions
An optional site visit is scheduled for Friday, August 28th @ 9:00am. All interested parties shall meet at the Hale Aloha Cafeteria loading dock, 2573 Dole Street
