Project Description: Perform scope of work per the limited plans attached. See attached plans for general notes and description of work. This includes, but is not limited to:
1) Removal and disposal of existing laminate counter top, office furniture, and tile flooring.
2) The furnishing and installation of new quality vinyl tile & wall base/floor boards.
3) The furnishing and installation of 2 new electrical outlet receptacles.
4) The wiring of one light switch to be paired with another.
5) The furnishing and installation of a stone-type countertop.
6) The furnishing of paint and the painting of walls.
7) The furnishing, delivery and assembly of office furniture as specified in plans.
