Project Description: This project will repair, by replacement, the roof system at Building 563 (B563), Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Building, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH), West Loch Annex. The total work area is approximately 12,836SF. The building is a one-story rigid frame structure with exterior metal siding and a metal roof. It houses administrative offices, training and storage space.

The project is Prevailing Wage and has the Buy American requirement. Project duration is 480 days (240 days for Design and 240 days for Construction).

Trades required, but not limited to are: Office Trailer, Portable Restrooms, Temporary Fencing, Dumpsters, Final Cleaning, Furniture Moving, Sustainability Reporting, Demolition, Light Gauge Steel Framing, Metal Wall Panels, Metal Roofing, Gutters & Downspouts, Weather Barriers, Joint Sealants, Drywall Repair, Painting, Metal Building Systems.
