Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to perform all work related to the replacement of ductless mini split AC system to include Fan Coil Units (FCU), Air Cooled Condenser Units (ACCU), refrigerant and condensate piping compatible with R-32 refrigerant, and proper disposal of old units.
