Project Description: This project consists of demolishing existing pavement and subsurface of the parking lot which is approximately 13,000 sqft going 9” down and installing the same square footing (3250 cubic feet) of State-Mix IV hot-mix asphalt (HMA) on top of new base course (6500 cubic feet). Installation is to be conducted per Project Plans sections (see 1.2 & 1.3) of this scope of work.
