Project Description: Work shall include removal and disposal of protective wood box
enclosure, install one (1) new 30ft. Galvanized Steel Light Pole with 8ft. side arm, new LED
lamp and Photo control switch. Level and grout light pole base plate as needed. Verify street
light is energized during night-time hours. Contractor shall field verify light pole voltage and
base plate mounting dimension prior to ordering parts.
