Quantity subject to change depending on funding availability.

Quote must include tax, freight, delivery, assembly, and all applicable charges. Equipment and all attachments must be delivered fully assembled, serviced, fueled, and ready for immediate operation. Quotes which include substitutions or approved equivalent shall be considered only if the substitution has been approved in advance by the buyer. Quotations meeting minimum requirements without substitutions will take precedence over quotes with substitutions.

Quote must be valid for 60 days.

Must be delivered within 4-6 weeks from receiving the Purchase Order, don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t bid if you cannot meet the requirements.

Under HRS 103D-310(c), vendors MUST provide proof of compliance with all laws governing entities doing business in the State of Hawaii. Vendors need to obtain a copy of their “Certificate of Vendor Compliance” via Hawaii Compliance Express. Vendor must be vendor compliant at time of award or bid will be void.

Vendor must accept University of Hawaii purchase orders and their Terms & Conditions

This is only a request for a quote. Our acceptance of quote does not constitute an order or commitment to purchase. An order shall only be deemed to be in effect when the awarded vendor receives the purchase order from us.

Awarded vendor may be asked to submit a current copy of IRS Form W-9 to us.
