Special Instructions
Quantity subject to change based on Funding. Quote must be valid for 60 days. Quote must include tax, freight, delivery, assembly/pre-delivery inspection, and all applicable charges. Equipment must be delivered fully assembled, serviced, charged, and ready for immediate indoor greenhouse operation. Quotes which include substitutions or approved equivalent shall be considered only if the substitution has been approved in advance by the buyer (email ddutra@hawaii.edu). Quotations meeting minimum requirements without substitutions will take precedence over quotes with substitutions. Must be delivered by November 1, 2026, don\'t bid if you cannot meet the requirements.

Under HRS 103D-310(c), vendors MUST provide proof of compliance with all laws governing entities doing business in the State of Hawaii. Vendors need to obtain a copy of their “Certificate of Vendor Compliance” via Hawaii Compliance Express.
