Project Description: Proposed Scope of Work consists of, but not limited to: Removal and replacement of the domestic hot water system serving multiple buildings, including a new air-source heat pump water heater, five hot water storage tanks, a new water softener, and an expanded 12-panel solar hot water collector array with associated piping, pumps, and controls; new electrical service (transformer, circuit breaker, feeders, and branch circuits) to support the new mechanical equipment; and associated minor architectural and civil work, including concrete equipment pad repair and extension, roof membrane flashing at new penetrations, exterior painting, and a new sanitary sewer lateral.
