Project Description: Portable Toilets and Handwashing Stations. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide six (6) portable latrines and three (3) hand-washing stations in support of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) Guam Detachment. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
