Project Description:
Two (2) freestanding acoustic privacy pod, meeting the following minimum requirements:

Overall floor area of approximately 35–40 square feet.
White exterior frame with a full-height glass-front entrance.
Entrance door must be distinctly offset from the center of the front wall, positioned toward one side of the pod. A centrally positioned door is not acceptable. Other formats will not be considered.
Off-center entrance must provide sufficient uninterrupted interior wall and floor space for installation of a bench (min. W125 cm x D81 cm) and associated equipment without obstructing the doorway or required access path.
Sound-dampening wall and ceiling construction providing up to approximately 30 dB noise reduction.
Smooth-operating glass entrance door.
Integrated electrical outlet for charging or operating electronic devices.
Integrated mechanical ventilation system.
Integrated interior lighting.
Heavy-duty mobile caster wheels permitting repositioning of the assembled pod.
Freestanding, enclosed construction requiring no permanent structural modification to the facility.
All panels, electrical components, ventilation equipment, casters, assembly hardware, and other components required for complete installation and operation must be included.

Critical configuration requirement: The off-center door location is an essential functional specification because the pod will house a bench and associated equipment. Products with a centrally positioned entrance that prevent the required bench and equipment arrangement will not be considered equivalent.
