Project Description:
Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and insurance necessary to install two (2) University furnished Daikin Fit System 4-Ton air conditioners, two (2) University furnished Daikin Fit 4-Ton Blowers, two (2) University furnished Daikin Fit 4-Ton Condensers and two (2) University furnished Daikin Fit Thermostats at the PB-11 Building, University of Hawaii at Hilo, as called for on the plans and technical specifications.

Special Instructions
Job Site Walk-Through
Due to conditions at the site that may not be clearly identified in technical specifications and plans, it is highly recommended that all bidders visit the site. Job site walk-through, scheduled for August 14, 2026, at 2:00PM. Meet at the Hale Kauanoe Parking Lot.

Substitutions/Clarifications
Requests for substitutions/clarifications regarding the RFQ and its requirements must be submitted to the Technical Representative, Troy Samura, University of Hawaii at Hilo, at tsamura@hawaii.edu no later than 4:00 p.m. (HST) on August 21, 2026.
