Project Description:
Provide all tools, materials, equipment and insurance necessary to perform repairs as indicated in the scope of work. The proposed work shall generally include repairs and replacement of parts and batteries for the CAT C32 Gensets. Contact Corey Egami from the IT Center for final inspection. All work located at the Information Technology Center UHM.

Special Instructions
ALL bidders are requested to attend a site walk-through. A site walk-through is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Monday August 17, 2026. Contractors shall meet at the ITC Building located at 2520 Correa Road. Contract documents will be distributed at the walk-through. Contractors interested in bidding this work must contact Corey Egami through email (cegami@hawaii.edu), or phone (808-777-0650) to confirm attendance by 4:00 p.m. Friday August 14, 2026. Contractor is required to provide a cost breakdown at time of bid. The breakdown must equal to the total cost of the bid. If correct breakdown is not provided at time of bid, the bid may be disqualified.
