Project Description:
Provide all tools, materials, equipment and insurance necessary to perform maintenance as indicated in the scope of work. The proposed work shall generally include quarterly and annual servicing of the CAT C18 Genset with annual load bank testing. Contact Corey Egami from the IT Center for final inspection. All work located at Keller Hall UHM.

Special Instructions
ALL bidders are requested to attend a site walk-through. A site walk-through is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Monday August 17, 2026. Contractors shall meet at the ITC Building located at 2520 Correa Road. Contract documents will be distributed at the walk-through. Contractors interested in bidding this work must contact Corey Egami through email (cegami@hawaii.edu), or phone (808-777-0650) to confirm attendance by 4:00 p.m. Friday August 14, 2026. Contractor is required to provide a cost breakdown at time of bid. The breakdown must equal to the total cost of the bid. If correct breakdown is not provided at time of bid, the bid may be disqualified.
