Project Description: The project involves rehabilitation of the entirety of Keonekai Road between South Kihei Road and Pilani Highway in Kihei Maui. Improvements include approximately 3,050 feet of pavement rehabilitation along with new striping and replacement of existing street and centerline monuments, repair of an existing drainline and installation of a new catch basin and connection to the existing drainage system, and the removal and replacement of noncompliant sidewalks & curb ramps to meet ADA standards.
