Project Description: The Maui Police Department (hereinafter referred to as "MPD") is currently seeking bids from qualified bidders to furnish and install luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring directly over the existing tile flooring throughout the entirety of the hallways/corridors of the Wailuku Police Station, including all surface preparation, transitions and wall base, and cleanup and disposal. The work area is estimated at approximately seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet. Bidders are responsible for verifying all measurements and existing conditions at the site prior to submitting a bid.

This project includes the safe removal and proper disposal of materials created during the work, safe collection of debris, ensuring the jobs performed meet building and safety codes, and final cleanup of debris.
