Project Description:
Provide all labor necessary to perform a temporary repairs to gate and chain link fencing. The proposed work shall generally include, but not limited to removing and replacing a 8” gate post and installing 2 ea. fence poles. Refer to the technical section for detailed description of work. All work is located at the Les Murakami Baseball Stadium, University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Special Instructions
All bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through. A site walk through is scheduled for 9:00 am on Aug 10,2026. Contractors shall meet at the Les Murakami Baseball Stadium, at the 3rd base fence line. Contract documents will be distributed at the mandatory walk through. Contractors interested in bidding for this work, must contact Alton Fujimoto by email: altonf@hawaii.edu, or phone at 808 864-4161 to confirm attendance by 4:30 pm Aug 7, 2026. Contractors that do not attend a mandatory site walk through, will not be allowed to bid on this work. Contractor is required to provide a cost breakdown at time of bid. The breakdown must equal to the total cost of the bid. If correct breakdown is not provided at time of bid, that bid may be disqualified.
