Project Description: This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by the State of Utah (“Lead State”) in collaboration with the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program. The purpose of this RFP is to establish one or more Master Agreements for Walk‑In Building Supplies with qualified Offerors. The pricing will be a minimum percentage discount off the current retail price at the time of purchase for all items in the Contractor’s store(s). Building supplies are provided on a walk-in basis for all participating entities.
