Project Description:
Provide all labor necessary to remove and replace door hardware as indicated in the plans and specifications. The proposed work shall generally include removal, and replacement of the door hardware per the manufacturer\'s recommendations and final adjustment of door closer and hardware to insure proper movement and function. Contact Corey Egami from the IT Center for final inspection. All work located at the Information Technology Center UHM.

Special Instructions
ALL bidders are requested to attend a site walk-through. A site walk-through is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Friday August 14, 2026. Contractors shall meet at the ITC Building located at 2520 Correa Road. Contract documents will be distributed at the walk-through. Contractors interested in bidding this work must contact Corey Egami through email (cegami@hawaii.edu), or phone (808- 777-0650) to confirm attendance by 4:00 p.m. Thursday August 13, 2026. Contractor is required to provide a cost breakdown at time of bid. The breakdown must equal to the total cost of the bid. If correct breakdown is not provided at time of bid, the bid may be disqualified.
