Project Description:
Current Certified Hawai`i Mandatory Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator see attachment A & B for minimum requirements and instruction.

Clarification: This contract is for maintenance services of the wastewater system and routing water testing as required by DOH. Pumping and cleaning of grease traps and tanks are not included in this bid. Upon award and during the course of service campus facility officer will be notified when these services are due so that they can be arranged by the campus.

Repairs to the system and equipment outside of routine maintenance, servicing and testing within this service required by DOH requirements are separate from this contract and will be provided at additional costs.
