New F250 Super Duty XLT pick-up truck, 2026 or latest year.

Technical specifications attached. Vendor shall submit the completed technical specifications with bid offerings by close date of August 12, 2026 at 4:00pm.

All quotes shall include transportation and delivery charges for F.O.B. destination, as well as all applicable taxes and fees.

To be eligible for award vendor must be compliant with Internal Revenue Service, State Department of Labor, State of Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, and the State of Hawaii Department of Taxations prior to quote submission deadline. The Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE), Certificate of Vendor compliance will be utilized to confirm vendors compliance with all agencies. Quote must be valid for thirty (30) days.

University reserves the right to cancel the RFQ if funds are not available.

Delivery required 6 months after receipt of purchase order. Delivery to University Housing: 521 W. Lanikaula St., Hilo, HI 96720.
