Project Description:
Provide all labor necessary to repair a Donaldson dust collector. The proposed work shall generally include, but not limited to removing and replacing the power pack assembly, spacer ring, discharge silencer, replacing solenoids, and installing a weather cover. Refer to the mechanical section for detailed description of work. All work is located at the COPF Carpenter Shop, University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Special Instructions
All bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through. A site walk through is scheduled for 9:00 am on Aug 6, 2026. Contractors shall meet at the Physical Plant Mechanical Engineering Office located at 2002 East West Road. Contract documents will be distributed at the mandatory walk through. Contractors interested in bidding for this work, must contact Alton Fujimoto by email: altonf@hawaii.edu, or phone at 808 864-4161 to confirm attendance by 4:00 pm Aug 5, 2026. Contractors that do not attend a mandatory site walk through, will not be allowed to bid on this work. Contractor is required to provide a cost breakdown at time of bid. The breakdown must equal to the total cost of the bid. If correct breakdown is not provided at time of bid, the bid may be disqualified.
