Project Description:
Provide all tools, materials, equipment, and insurance necessary to replace a seized gate valve with a new ball valve. Work involves demolition of the existing wall; negative report for hazmat attached. Remove the existing gate valve and install a new ball valve. Install a stainless steel access panel. Clear all plumbing lines of air and debris. All plumbing and mechanical work shall be in accordance with local and national codes.
Labor; provide hours x rate.
