Project Description: This project consists of demolishing 11,500 sqft of road at a depth of 3 inches of asphalt and 6 inches of base course then installing approximately 11,500 sqft (2,875 cubic feet) of State Mix IV hot-mix asphalt (HMA) at a depth of 3 inches on top of tack-coated new base course at a depth of 6 inches. Installation is to be conducted per Project Plans attached. All work is to be in accordance with SOH Department of Transportation and City & County of Honolulu Standards.
