BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS
Quotes shall be FOB destination and must include any shipping/freight fees, and all applicable taxes AND must include lead times.

SUBSTITUTION REQUESTS
Substitutes are subject to prior approval. Specifications Sheet of substitutes must be submitted to lna4@hawaii.edu by 12pm PST on 08/07/2026 or it will not be considered. We reserve the right to determine equivalency. Approved substitutes will be posted in an addendum by 3pm PST on 08/12/2026.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENT
Delivery will be to: 2002 East-West Road, #110, Honolulu, HI 96822
Receiving Hours: M-F 7:30am-11:30am AND 12:30pm-3:00pm

Delivery 2-4 weeks upon receiving Purchase Order. Partial deliveries will be accepted, with full delivery completed by the end of the 2-4 week period

OTHER
Please note, for purchases exceeding $2,500 the University of Hawaii is required to comply with Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 103D, Hawaii Public Procurement Code. Specifically, under this code, the University must verify compliance with all laws governing entities doing business in the State. Complying with the code involves obtaining the vendor\\\\\\\'s Certificate of Vendor Compliance, which may be obtained via Hawaii Compliance Express.
